I offer therapy to couples, families, and individual adults. I specialize in relationship issues, life transitions, and overcoming anxiety, depression, and trauma. Modalities

I gather information about your life background. At the end of the evaluation, we decide on the therapy goals. This takes 1-2 sessions lasting 50-60 minutes each. $300 per session.

Joint sessions with both people present (and sometimes one-on-one) to help you modify negative patterns and tap into your strengths in order to establish a strong and connected relationship. $240 per 50-minute session.

I work with families to help them learn effective ways to communicate and to support one another in periods of change and challenge. $240 per 50-minute session.

I meet with individuals weekly or every other week to address issues such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. $240 per 50-minute session.

In-Person sessions are located in Waldwick, NJ.

I offer therapy conducted while walking outdoors rather than seated in an office. Please contact me for more information.
