I offer therapy to couples, families, and individual adults. I specialize in relationship issues, life transitions, and overcoming anxiety, depression, and trauma. Modalities

  • I gather information about your life background. At the end of the evaluation, we decide on the therapy goals. This takes 1-2 sessions lasting 50-60 minutes each. $275 per session.

  • Therapy with both partners/spouses present to help you realize your strengths, change negative patterns, and attain or re-attain a fulfilling relationship. Most of my couples are in their 30’s through late adulthood. $225 per 50-minute session.

  • I meet with families to help you overcome challenging times and negative patterns. $225 per 50-minute session.

  • I meet with individuals weekly or every other week to address issues such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I mainly see clients ages 25-70. $225 per 50-minute session.

  • In-Person sessions are located in Waldwick, NJ.

  • I have limited availability of therapy while walking outdoors. Please contact me for more information.
